Irish Wholemeal, Millet and Buckwheat Soda Bread and Thoughts about Friendship

Friendship: The silent places where speech ends. – Nina Katchadourian
A true friendship is a complicated relation and combination of all kinds of feelings, ranging from love, attachment, gentleness, honesty to assurance of being understood. It’s an engagement equally spiritual as love itself, where feelings make you discover and trust the other one. This mutual agreement of trust that is settling the relation from its beginning is marking a definitive assurance of a honest friendship. Above trust, there must be feelings more intimate that will align same preferences, and make a simple acquainting process a two-ways coherently and consistently association. Everything else will fold naturally and gradually into the shape of the relationship we are building. Friendship is observation, exposure, silence, exuberance, sensation of trust and honesty.
