In these torrid summer days, all I can think about are the greens, sorbets and light meals. These very simple tartines are full of flavors. The crunchy veggies are amazing, simply spread over few slices of country style bread covered by light and fresh goat cheese. Then is a matter of taste to add slices of summer squash, cucumber, radish, cherry tomatoes and green peas. Simply season with sea salt, pepper, few drops of olive oil and some herbs : green thyme, lovage and some green veggies like baby spinach leaves and green onion. Such adequate option for a summer breakfast!
