Three Kind of Cheese Panini

I love cheese, almost any kind of cheese. And for sure, you’ll always find at least one kind of cheese in my fridge. Is like water, I’m never running out of cheese.

This morning I prepared a super easy panini, with three out of the most loved cheese which I eat often. And I took also few sassy photographs to make you hungry right a way.

Ingredients for “3 Kind of Cheese Panini” ( makes 2 servings) :

8 slices bread
softened unsalted butter for spreading
8 thinly sliced Emmental cheese
8 thinly sliced Cheddar cheese
8 thinly sliced Gouda cheese
2 teaspoons of green pesto

Directions :
1. Butter one side of each piece of bread. Spread the other side of bread pair with pesto.
2. Top with the three kind of cheese, in any order you prefer. Top the panini with the other slice of bread, with the side spread with pesto toward the filling.
3. Heat in a panini press, or a sandwich maker machine, until both sides are golden brown and the cheese has melted inside. Serve it warm with basil leaves, if preferred.
