Ok. Stop to buy ambiguous or extremely caloric things on the way to work and stop to skip breakfast. If you can stay in line in the morning, just to buy a hot dog, you can stay and prepare really easy and quick breakfasts before leaving home. Is the season of red fruits, so just try this breakfast.
Ingredients for the breakfast (make 1 serving) :
2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of honey
a handful of cherries
5 strawberries or more
1. Mix the cottage cheese with the yogurt and then add the honey. Mix well until combined.
2. Pour the cheese mixture in a glass and serve with strawberries and cherries.
