Smoothie – For the Love of Fruits

Yesterday I was preparing this amazing smoothie, recipe created by me and I must to say, that lately I’m totally crazy about smoothies and fresh juices. The summer is almost here, and this smoothie is so perfect to be drank in the morning. Full of vitamins and so colorful is impossible not to make your day sunnier!

[stextbox id=”custom”]Ingredients for the “The Love of Fruits” smoothie (makes 2 servings) :
2 medium cactus fruits
2 big grape fruit
60 ml coco milk
4 tablespoons of sugar

Directions :
1. Wash fruits. Peel and cut them in small pieces, add sugar and purée them in a food processor or a blender.
2. Mix the coco milk with the fruits purée.
3. Let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge and serve it in the morning.[/stextbox]
