Butter-Vanilla Baked Doughnuts

These are my brand new baked doughnuts. I’ve chased the special doughnut baking pan and I’ve tried them in the last week-end. I wanted just to have different doughnuts, without oil and co.  Baked, the process of making doughnuts becomes tremendously fast and you’ll have your own doughnuts ready in 10 minutes.


How to make the doughnuts :

Preheat oven to 220°C. Spray the pan with cooking oil spray. In large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add buttermilk, eggs, butter-vanilla extract, butter and beat until just combined. Spray the pan with oil or brush it with butter.  Fill each doghnut cavity approximately 1/2 full.


Bake them for 5-8 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing. Finish doughnuts with vanilla glaze and sprinkles.
