Tarts – two ways

Considering that tomorrow we will leave to Barcelona, tonight I’ve cooked something easy and fast, with all I still had in the fridge. And like this, in 40 minutes I had already two steaming and delicious tarts, ready to be eaten with some cold beer.

For the tart dough I used a dough made by me and which I’ve preserved in the deep-freezer, for those moments when you need to bake something fast. So, I’ve cut it in two parts and I’ve baked two tarts.

On the first dough I’ve put 3 tablespoons of salsa dip, artichoke, few slides of smoked sausage, paprika emmental cheese. Everything was gone to the oven for 20 minutes and after I had this :

Meanwhile we were eating the first spicy tart and we were watching Desperate Housewives, I made the second one as fast as the first tart. I’m multi-tasking, right? :))

For the second tart I used ricotta cheese, spicy baby onion, white asparagus, ham and emmental cheese. I bake it for 15 minutes at 200°C, and at the end I added also an egg o the top and bake it again for 5 more minutes. You should have been here to taste it! It was delicious!
